    Sorry, if i misunderstood you.

    I understand its obviously going to cost CMY shareholders in dilution in purchasing the business from Livn Group. Every RTO does.

    But i just think the dilution wont be as bad as some previous RTOs like MOO because Livn Group already have skin in CMY.

    If Livn Group already have a big stake in CMY then it is definitely more beneficial for CMY shareholders and I think they easily could be worth 2c a share.
