    There appears to be a long delay to the official release to the outcome of the meeting.

    Even though the scheme was voted down, one could consider that the scheme had enormous support.

    Is it possible that the consortium could offer a takeover at $2.75 and be happy to get about %85.

    They can always buy the remaining shareholders out later. This would be a much cheaper solution than going to $3.00 now.
