it just says that Cooper is reserving judgement until Monday - l doubt he can get any more concessions and would be foolish to vote NO in the end, as we all know the high AUD significantly reduces RDF price. i mean at 1.07 the 2.75 offer is already worth nearly $3 in USD terms.
