i didnt short a cent at 60, i think at 60 they are maybe 20%-30% above fair value for its growth story, but market obviously loved the trend... but at 75 dollar with 100mil earning, and 1% dividend, i think least resistant side is very clear, it is only waiting for one out of 100 things to go wrong.
also i suspicious the reason the management hasnt raised any money for long time is because the broker will ask for considerable discount to underwrite which itself will become a force of down pressure.
in reality, they r still selling 5 dollar today as 5 yrs ago when they were trading 5 dollars.
