There you go wages are going to hurt dominos this news doesn't even bring into the spotlight the huge amount of hours workers aren't getting paid for when they work back at night.
Think this is the tip of the iceberg. Dominos need to start sending out more then one delivery with a driver if the homes are close enough together. All good to have all these innovative ideas but it's killing margins.
Customers complain if they see another delivery on the pizza tracker but this has happened for years. If you have a good product good service people wont care.
Dominos business has grown so fast recently but it's not structured correctly. Lots of holes that can cost them dearly.
They need to go back to basics to costs.
They are lucky they don't have to reimburse wages for the extra time their staff have to put in.
