Well the S1 centre delivered and I think will have another good half this half. Note we have moved to half year reports in the Preso's now so can't break up the qtr.'s but to finish the half at 59% contracted and 55% utilised means that they best get some more racks installed ! I thought Melbourne was growing, but Sydney was the star of the past half and with recent contracts signed and others starting to market (refer StorageCraft) we could be looking for S2 before too long.
EBITDA for the half of $7.1m would suggest they exceeded the $4m target I was after for the past quarter.
Overall, a great result and looks like quite a bit in the pipeline yet so happy days ahead.
