Looking forward to a solid Feb update (date anyone ?) on the existing data centre numbers and the cashflow being generated. Every comment I have read from Mgmt suggests B1 is effectively full, M1 is "fast filling" - which is great - but I want to see how S1 is going as well.... that centre was at 55% contracted, 35% utilised and making $2.8m per qtr ebitda at end of June.... can we see 60%, 40-45% and $4m + ebitda for the last quarter ? Note that StorageCraft is now using and promoting S1 to its customers from early Feb but took up contracts in Dec 15...so more usage to come.
Not sure what others would do - but a takeover would not be a good thing for shareholders in the short term as I would hate to give away the growth that is yet to be unlocked. Be patient with this company and let them execute and deliver ! Dividends should be off limit whilst they can reinvest for growth.
