Or even get it defaulted back under the terms of the agreement.
I think there was something in there that did that if there was no progress made.
Licenses can be revoked, thats why Maria has gone over as Strategic Advisor to try and make sure it doesnt happen.

You raise an interesting point Pharma.

As I understand it a patent only has standing if you are going to exploit it.

You can't use a patent to stop people doing things if you are not going to do it yourself.
