I don’t understand why you continue to raise the same point about IP ownership. Nobody is disagreeing with you. I made the same point in my initial post.

Understandably, as you have pointed out, no-one is interested in buying it until its value has been proven (proof of concept). That’s what Roquefort now is intending to do after Cellmid failed to raise the necessary capital to do it.
Roquefort has paid for the exclusive right to establish that value. If successful then both the licensed rights that Roquefort has paid for and Anagenics’ patent portfolio that the rights are based upon will become quiet valuable (and saleable presumably).
