Much of what appears on this forum needs ‘help’ and ‘clarification’. As Soud has just demonstrated many here believe that the midkine story is history and should be forgotten, and that Cellmid sold its IP portfolio for $500K. Nothing is further from the truth.
If shareholders fail to recognise the potential that still exists in holding the MK patent portfolio then it will continue to not be recognised in the share price. ‘Clarification’ can help to avoid this. In prior years the share price was based solely on the same MK portfolio and the potential that it still holds.
The ridiculously low SP could mean that rather than obtaining fair value for sale of the portfolio it would be cheaper to buy AN1 for pennies instead. As a fund manager AN1’s new shareholder H&G Investment Management won’t require any clarification.
