I actually enjoy doing research to find out what is going on behind the scenes and beyond that is why I mostly post here. Some members who relentlessly put the boot in admit to doing zero research. So it is for everyones interest I share things I find. When I find things that concern me I communicate directly with management. I don’t throw my toys out on here. On a couple of occasions the issues I found were addressed and fixed.

Yes the SP frustrate me also.
T7 has pointed out that there is published research confirming forums that continually down ramp can have an effect on the SP. Hence my frustration with some people who just don’t know when to leave it alone.
