could be... a capital rotation event has started.. the question is will money flow to the EUR first until we have priced in recession?. and then the flow to commodities and commodity nations... my thinking on it is gold will continue to lead until recession is priced in, then oil will break out against gold.. and energy stcks will probably be the best place to be... you have got to ask the question about inflation effecting margins on the metals.. will it be better to own copper over a copper producer.. obviously discovery is a different kettle of fish... im guessing we are going to have a rough time with energy costs for a decade until nuclear energy supply is established.. and that the type of industry that lends itself well to cartelism so i wouldnt hold my breath on it making things all that cheaper
