have thought about that too Brian....the was I see it, tz are not going to call a special meeting to vote on such a pizzly matter....if there's a meeting prior to the AGM one would hope it's positively significant....if that be the case the sp would most likely be much much highter than the $1.20, the vote will most likely be to reject the share scenario & revert back to the original salaries.
Now if the next meeting is the AGM we'd certainly expect more upward momentum by then.
In the mean time the cashflow reduction is welcome.
