There is another reference to a Bronte Capital Group/ Bronte Development Group ( Cayman Islands) involved in Infrastructure Investment Placements that appears could be separate from the John Hempton Bronte Capital entity.
John Hempton has a record of exposing frauds within the finance industry so is probably the perfect operator to expose anything untoward in this deal. The reference to non-disclosure regarding corporate vs. Beppa claim on AETD assets could be a smoke screen on the real play, (related though).
