    I dont think EIM have a clue...im sorry...i dont think a $25m fund really can call the shots here... If it was blackrock or Capital sure...not EIM

    I not against a JV... I just cant see how one works.. it doesnt make sense...It sounds nice in theory, but the numbers dont stack up, and a stock sitting there as a partner as we spend 3 - 5 years building a project doesnt not excite the market...
