Australian Financial Review has published an article suggesting the Moorebank terminal deal may have been signed last week and both QUBE and the Commonwealth got what they're after. Looks like they will stick to Qube's schedule - which I cannot recall what it was - but was much faster than the other parties who took a stab at it.
Could be boom for QUBE ......
