In your post numbered 7864973 relating to the Priority One share distribution you stated,

"The giving away free shares to GCN shareholders did infact conform with the ASX listing rules to obtain shareholder spread."

Can you please advise when this confirmation was given and by who?

This obviously will have a direct connection to the proposed distribution of shares from First Mongolian.
