    I don't think readers of HC are so unsophisticated that they can't distinguish my hunches from the true-blue facts you provide.

    You say: "I would prefer people to just sit back and wait for things to unfold. When the time is right all shareholders will be informed as they should be."

    I made two points in my original post, which relate to your wish that people should just sit back.

    1. What we were told about P1 and capital raising has turned out not to be the case.

    2. That GCN holders of P1 shares seem not to have been told about the proposed dilution. Do you hold P1 shares? If so, were you told?
