    Hey guy damn I reading this article correct? "Hanlong said it would fulfil its obligations under the scheme “to act in good faith” to get the approvals from China Development Bank by the August?31 deadline."

    So we could possibly expect NDRC approval be the 31st? 3 days? If Hanlong actually fulfill one of the deadlines?
