    I'm not prepared to contribute more money to a private company led by this board, so backing Havenfresh is the only option.

    The departure of the CFO will leave a significant gap in their management talent and SC Lowy should be concerned about leaving this company in the hands of MR, so I think there is a window for a new board to take over the negotiations.
