Thanks guys. There will be something coming out of the Havenfresh camp re offer. Until then I am voting keep the existing board. Havenfresh and understand their frustration, but understand their motives here too by removing the board. Then if SC Lowy call it, Havenfresh can then try to pick up MCS on the cheap and we all get screwed up the gulo !

Did anyone receive the letter from Havenfresh over the last week or so ? there was also mention they would look to do a cap raising if they took over. But why should we believe them, until they come out with something firm in writing...
