I'm voting in favour too, it is of no benefit to me if this deal falls over and MCS get put into administration. As much as many shareholders would be disappointed with the deal, without this deal the equity would be worthless. If Havenfresh come with a better deal before Friday then I'm happy to support them, otherwise the decision is quite straightforward.

Happy to add a little bit more if the price drops lower.
