No hard feelings. I am too small to make much of a difference. I just feel based on the timeframes we are better positioned to vote with the deal on Friday. (I was going to participate in the equity raising if funds permit). Given MR arranged this deal with SC, even if we successfully vote for a change in board, SC has the trigger to push MCS into administration. As the major secured creditor it will be at the forefront of any future deal. It is therefore likely MR may strike a deal with SC and emerge with MCS.

Without any details from Havenfresh, I am hesitant to support the possibility of a better deal emerging.
