JJ, yes it is speculation.
Why would MtK convert at 5 times the current SP? What's in it for them? They could build a 50% stake by buying on market for less than $200m.
Yes I know any large buying on this scale would move the so, but I think they could build a 20% stake at close to current prices by buying out a few large holders and on market.
Again why would they convert at 5 times current price?
Sorry I just don't see that in a month of Sundays.
I think we need rational discussion so all can make an educated view.
