Coal and Gas prices to be temporarily capped.
Prices still expected to increase by 50% in next 2 years.
Regardless if its through pep11, more gas will need to be sourced and the government knows this.

It's literally of benefit for all parties to settle the court case and reinstate pep11.
Government saves on outsourcing and court costs, people save on bills, win for resource sector, win for bph and all companies involved.

The dildo who decided to cancel our license did so by ignoring regulatory agencies and the actual resource minster, both who wanted it approved.
He has since been censured and condemned by parliament, which truthfully doesn't mean much and always makes me think of monty python "He's not the messiah he's a very naughty boy". But it does bode well for the court case.

Location and potential of pep11 is as good as it gets.
Honestly i don't get it, what am i missing.
