The structure of BIG could have all the cash sit in another company while the security is registered on a different entity. If this is the case, it doesn't extend to the cash. I'm not sure if this is the case or not, I haven't looked into it.
I also haven't checked if there is a deed for cross guarantee for all the entities, but that is something worth checking.
