My red flag concerns are these:-
Wattle posted revenue of $661,210 and a $13.1 million net loss. That compares to revenue of $802,085 and a net loss of $2.5 million in the previous corresponding period.
Karasavvidis will receive $602,250, including cash bonuses for 2017
If the senior mgmt are paying themselves OTT when the company is making large losses and will have to depend on capital raising, it is burning cash rapidly.
