    Open your eyes - the list is long of companies that may have diluted but performed strongly since. TPI was getting to a point where it was priced for insolvency. Removal of that risk will likely see it rerate very nicely.

    Sure TPAPA don't get diluted but I wouldn't be betting too hard that they'll outperform the stock.
