Why hasn't the market been updated for almost 3 weeks? Previously TPI updated like clockwork every week, but nothing since 14th May. They should at least update the market with why they haven't updated the market.
IMO, there's probably a great tussle taking place: TPI have always been quick deal makers, who do little due diligence. PE are slow, diligent, dot every "i" type dealers. And for TPI's first time, TPI aren't the blokes with the cash and they are not setting the rules. I suspect the terms of the deal have soured for TPI since 14 May, but we may never know
