re: + takeover prospects? + That's why a takeover at even 50% premium is a shafting of shareholders. It's like selling your house for well below replacement cost just months before property prices surge.
If shareholders had any sense they'd want payment for each share to be at least equal to the asset backing of gold and copper for that share. Why give away your assets for some ridiculous small percentage of their true worth?
