Ansteel will own 50% of Karara when the decision to mine has been made (ie grant of approvals etc) by way of its $105M injection. That's the deal.

I can't see GBG being taken over when Ansteel hold. Acquisitons by them is another matter. Either diverification of resource or alternative area ie pilbara and close to mining. AGO is my favourite (as mentioned previously), but pure speculation.
