What a ride!!
over the last year this stock was at under 10c then to 15c, then down to 13c then up 20c, then down to 14.5c then up 26c and now we are at the end of this financial year and back to 15.5c.
Where to now?
Who knows, but I would tend to agree with nursery in the fact that cer is fundalmentaly in a better position now then it has been for a long time.
Every month that has been passing by us has seen CER collect its rent and use it too pay down its debt.
It has closed of 1/3 of hedges
It has a new board separating itself from cnp.
Maybe it needs a name change?
