Well for one, I don't want/ need a welfare smart card, how many do you think will need to be issued with only 4.5% unemployment? We live in Aussie not a more socially responsible country where everyone gets a welfare card. How many will be issued 4-5Mill? Hardly profit producing no's considering R&D costs to get product to market. I'm not downramping the stock as I've held it, ERG and a multitude of similar in this sector generally they perform poorly, sector needs consolidation and good mg't to make the most of any advances for international market where 100M's card can be sold.
