How can anyone (whether bull or bear) take B(I)S Shrapnel seriously? Wasnt it only last year they "predicted" Perth house prices would rise 40% in less than five years?
Or what about the time they predicted lending rates were going to 10.5% by 2005?
Or the time when they stated there was going to be a Sydney house price crash by 2002?
When will organisations like these be held accountable for their obvious media grabbing BS predictions?
