Back in 2010 the NPV was estimated at $7bn based on a 7tcf resource. 40% = $2.8bn
I think the resource to date is up around 4-5tcf unrisked?
2010 is a long while ago....but no it doesn't really seem fair.
Hopefully we will get a nice surprise.
