If the speculation is true then a $2b offer values it at more than $12 per share and yet the directors (who have a lot of skin in the game) have rejected that as they think it's worth much more!! The article also infers there have been approaches from 'others'.. Nothing like a bidding war between 2 or more parties to put a rocket under the share price..
