Almost exactly 4 wks ago, sp was at approx 73c on open, rose to 75.5 on the day, and closed at 72c (figures approx as use Bigcharts).....but!!.......that was the day more than 25m changed hands....a one day record for KIM!

Two days later it must have been the 41% on pipe 9 upgrade notice!

So, if Gem were on site then, the sp had been trading at low to mid 70's for the previous 2 mths, and same after that for a further mth....

Based on that, you can't tell me that Gem would have been looking at a t/o price of even 80c.......that would have been a pathetic premium to offer!!

Then again, it may not be a t/o!
