Some things here are not speculation.

We have been informed that fraud has taken place. It was deemed significant enough for a forensic audit. We also know that two directors "resigned".

We do know that the directors did a lot of hard selling prior to selling of ~35m worth of their stock.

We do know the SP has had a sustained slide since the selldown.

We do know that a cap raise was conducted at 50c under the premise of big jobs but nothing eventuated.

From what we do know, things don't look good and it is hard to accept that the previous board knew nothing.
