I found there're some similarities between NVX and MNS,
NVX, its share price dropped from $1.39 to last year's low 13c, then rose to 66c, did a CR to raise $58m at 56% discount (29c/share), to fund its US plant, then share price rose to $1.54/share within two weeks, it hit $4.2, currently trading at $2.8/share, with a close $1B market cap.
