Nah, I've already sent a mail to the IR guy. We had a good discussion previously on the opaque reporting and communication that preceded his tenure and I thought things would improve. The CLBP failure of the composite of composites primary endpoints should have been a red flag to me - he wrote that one that was obtuse. I do not believe MSB guilty of misleading or misrepresentative reporting, but in a sentiment driven capital market, the decision of silence on this one was poor.
No-one gives a crap about US ambulance chasers. Part and parcel of business there. An Aussie lawsuit warrants a response. A decent one would have seen this stock down 2 or 3% rather than 15%.
