Well well, this was the reply I got on my enquiry of the class action yesterday, took them about less than a day:
Not sure that is much of a threat, I got one of these for CBA for the class action over interest fraud, that went nowhere and I never even got another email ever again saying no cigar. I guess its reasonable for the AFR to report it but the timing and way it was reported looks suspect to me with the timing.
