A guy like Shamgar is always going to cop it for his support of stocks, but it's easy to shoot the messenger sometimes. The Board has knocked back 3 acquisition offers and the price of those have never been disclosed, so if we knew that, relative to the share price today, maybe his thesis wasn't too off the mark.
