Magix66. Realise that. They do still have a joint venture agreement in place, and the joint venture appears to be more interested in the MP than in the tenements that were held to September. Not sure what occurs in the event of a takeover and whether the acquiring party can take on the position of the acquired party. In any case, here we have a change of control event which may not be a takeover.
