Good point. But I don't think it will be dragged out until 31st July. Certainly the CBD will open the purse string soon following rather than at the end of August. I reckon we will get to vote on it by September.

The only thing is that I am hopeful the final bid price will be around 62 to 65 cents to relfect the 50% jump in high grade haemetite resource upgrade (one of the lowest on the cost curve internationally).
SDL made a "price sensitive" release on the resource upgrade and that the NDRC has taken a month to review EXPLICITLY 3 things (2 of which there is nothing more to look at - FIRB approval and what was agreed with the Africans).
On the third item, I am doubtful the NDRC-HanLong-CDB-PRC government single-bodied, multi-headed beast will scoff at the upgrade and not cough up a few cents more.
