Buy side is very strong. Not many units for sale - getting as scarce as the proverbial "hen's teeth." I would expect this to be quite volatile with pullbacks on small volume followed by strong buying surges as purchase orders in volume attempt to get filled. Big volume associated with rising prices going through on the cross trades - a healthy sign
