Looks to be tightly held ... exDiv soon but hard to pick up stock in volume if this pattern continues. A quick move to $3.00+ would not surprise - esp. if global markets stabilise. If not, grab more at bargain prices. This is one of the best stories going around. Have a good read of the last major company announcement. I am suprised that there aren't more posts on this stock. Maybe best to keep it quiet until accumulation is done around current prices.
