    Timely reminder that the garimpeiros picked the eyes out of Lulo, yet we are still finding millions of dollars worth of diamonds each month.

    The garimpeiros numbered in their thousands at Lulo but it's unlikely they found one kimberlite diamond. The alluvials may be brownfield mining but the kimberlites are 100% virgin ground.
