If you take a look at page 8 of the 8 Feb 2016 121 Mining Investment Presentation you will notice that the larger diamonds (at that point) locations were identified. The diamonds recovered by Lucapa from directly above Kimberlite L259 were 57, 68, 74, 90 and 131ct (i.e.east of the historical diggings - the white stuff that looks like a cloud). Hence my condescending comment, "by near do you mean downwards".
We have an alluvial mining licence, so we can't be off mining eluvial diamonds....... can we!
