Newby here....long term holder . (sig number of shares held over the years accumulated)

I get the feeling that , and have always had the concern, that the Chinese will play us.
They'll never let us dig their ground and cash in without them controlling just how much and getting a larger stake for themselves for sure - has been my thought.

This: "funding issues from CNEML" is another, maybe final ploy, along with all their stupid delays etc that simply collectively flexes their leveraging muscle furthering their bargaining position.

GC I think is over a barrel and they're saying , "well done, good boy, thank you for handling the risk, we'll take it from here" and will now cash in on buying (via Lone Star ) at a great price for what we all understand has sig upside trajectory over the next five years to possible $1.

We've been typically outplayed and must concede because they hold the strings and are way too shrewd.

If we rally together we may be able to muster some resistance......(have we the numbers?) then maybe we can shoot for a higher number . May I suggest 35c. This will take some organising and grouping and haggling. But I doubt we will be able to block it. And I think that the board and GC have had enough......a block then a new board could be very risky....anger the Chinese and they'll whollop us I reckon.

Any agreeance?

Can someone create a quick website for us to register our collective voice and tally our strength. Is that a good idea?

Any thoughts?
