It's either admin or heinous dilution which knocks out shareholders anyways. The wet dream of banks extending loans in conjunction with some dilution is now seemingly gone. The buyers of the debt will be vultures at best.
At the current price, there is no scenario where dilution will leave current holders better off or even really in the picture (if it doesn't go into prepackaged admin).
If there is a scenario you can back with figures, please share. You know I've been saying this was going down since the SP was in the 30's.
